Revision

Have you ever noticed that loads of these examples have been around reducing the amount of text that you have written? They are all and always (lead) leading to this final point: revision. In fact, it really should be “revise, then revise, then revise again and once more if you’re up for it and the loop again”. You must revise at least three (hundred jk) times. More is better. Every time that you revise, you should remove defiantly something. D. H. Lawrence once (really) said that for every one of the hundred pages he writes, ninety of them are nothing but junk. If you write a thousand word essay, the chances are that a minimum 3/4 of it can be removed.
